5 gig a day is the limit for rapidshare accounts, and I know someone that regularly hit that on their woosh orbit plan. Thats 1 HD movie and perhaps an album or 3. Add in 2 gigs more which is typical internet usage in a house and thats 7 a day easy.
Evinta: I think that telecom was wrong removing GL and instead should have called it something different and made it clear it was 7gb a day with conditions.
Lets hope this new head of telecom since hes been in the UK leading BT or something like that will see the light.
I hope you're right about Mr Reynolds, and that he does look at what went on in the UK.
I was building data networks for a large cable company in the UK for a few years.Upon my return to NZ in 2002, I couldn't believe that TNZ had capped broadband plans!!?!
To me this is indicative of a network provider trying to make do with a backbone that's not up to it.
All-you-can-eat is the only way to go!! Invest Telecom, invest!!?!
