tritex: New panels and other equipment were installed on the two Telecom Masterton cell towers a fortnight ago and around the same time spectrum was registered on RSM on 1800mhz for them also. It wasn't live when I checked yesterday though.

There also seem to be new panels on a lot of the sites around north Wellington. Our local site in Churton Park was live a few days ago but has since been turned off/locked out. Seems like they will beat Vodafone to have 4G here. Although I'm surprised it's a priority area - very much residential and I'm sure everyone with a 4G capable phone must also have wifi.

I'm at Johnsonville right now (Z petrol station at the off ramp) and I'm getting a 4G signal with 3-4 dots (I have an iPhone 5S) - hopefully they'll get some 4G down around Avalon/Naenae.

Andib: Just for Clarification the 1GB & 2GB off peak Data packs are "Boosts" not add-ons.
The boosts that are offered to customers change from week to week and are not always guaranteed to be offered, The best way to check these is either through your My Vodafone App or by calling 321

Thanks. Do the users get to keep/renew these boosts if they like them every month from that point onwards or is it a one off special only offered for that month that cannot be renewed later?

They are non renewing boosts so once they expire you would need to re add them again yourself.
From what I understand (Sorry not really my area) Your offered boosts will change week to week but they are targeted so heavy data users will get more data based offers with the same going for minutes.
