Behodar: LivingSkinny, FYI, there's a typo on https://www.skinny.co.nz/dashboard/details: "Link mutliple accounts to all be managed in your Skinny Dashboard" (down the bottom in the orange panel).

Also, the picture a few posts above says "Internatioanl".

Thanks - have passed it on and told them to use the speil chocker

It seems to be running quite slow? Hopefully this can be fixed

Is it due to the cloudfront cdn?

When you make an order and pay for all of it with your skinny dollars, It still asks for your credit card

I've linked my wife's account, was very easy. Great stuff.
Small typo in the text she received, says "accoun" instead of "account".
Otherwise this is a very welcome new feature.

Cheers,
Joseph

I cannot tell which add-ons are valid for 7-days or 30 days

Also, can the portal tell us when our sim card / cards' credit will expire?  I have some SIMs reserved for vistors and I want to know when the credit will expire if I don't top up.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Sorry, I was wrong.  The info is there on the first page of the dash board.  Well done Skinny.

I need to pay SpecSaver a visit soon...

Since we're on geekzone.. Im interested to know some things about the new website, Such as the responsive layout is really nice, Is it based on a framework like bootstrap? Does it use a CMS? Or is it all custom made

One extra problem I have found in Dashboard/phone-details/changenumber

When I click on the link "See terms of the free first $16 Combo offer here."  which goes to https://www.skinny.co.nz/2764_EN.htm   Get Big Whoops

CMS is SilverStripe, site was built as a joint venture between SilverStripe and DNA. Is using Bootstrap for responsive.

Okay cool :) Do you work for DNA or silverstripe? Were you a Dev of this site? or something? How do you know this?

Im not very familiar with silverstripe but I don't see any reference to it in the source, I did find bootstrap in the production.min.css though

Im gonna try out silverstripe, it looks quite awesome

I like wordpress but its probably not the best for everything

I have two issues with the new website:

  • The login page/email address autocomplete doesn't work (on Chrome at least) - selecting your email doesn't populate the textbox. Related to watermark?
  • Most annoying - under the one-off top-up page, there is no option to top-up $16, which is presumably the plan most people are on... https://www.skinny.co.nz/dashboard/topup/#oneoff

The other irritation I have with Skinny is that the webpage doesn't seem to auto log you on when you are on mobile data (the way Telecom's site does). Hence you have to enter login details etc to see balance.

Why not just top up $20  and every 5th month you won't have to top up.  Geez there's not much difference between $16 and $20 these days..

It may be partially OCD, but I like to keep my balance always at zero so I can't accidentally pay for anything.
