Same problem here as I got home tonight. I'm on Spark VDSL 150GB plan (have not gone over my cap), using a Technicolor TG589vn v2 VDSL modem and live near the Manukau area as well.
Here is my Router Status - so my connection to the Switch is fine.
Here is my Speedtest Result ... so the connection from the switch to the Core network must be at fault.
Help me diagnose and what action I need to take to repair my Broadband.
1) Have reseated my cables 2) Have rebooted my router and computer

I'm eagerly awaiting my call back in 3-5 working days to see how it's going on my logged fault! To be fair they probably hadnt had the avalanche of calls they've had by now
