Same problem here as I got home tonight. I'm on Spark VDSL 150GB plan (have not gone over my cap), using a Technicolor TG589vn v2 VDSL modem and live near the Manukau area as well.

Speedtest results:

Spark know about the issue

spark for some reason or another wont list it on their status page for a while

why would you not list it? its the first place i go for info on faults would save them a heap of calls

Lots of people having this fault

Here is my Router Status - so my connection to the Switch is fine.

Here is my Speedtest Result ... so the connection from the switch to the Core network must be at fault.

Help me diagnose and what action I need to take to repair my Broadband.

1) Have reseated my cables
2) Have rebooted my router and computer

Are any Spark people looking at this thread.  The situation seems to be widespread.

PS, fault must be localised - no issue on VDSL in Beach Haven.

Same issue. Feels like it's worse than being on dial up. I am in flat bush area.

I'm eagerly awaiting my call back in 3-5 working days to see how it's going on my logged fault! To be fair they probably hadnt had the avalanche of calls they've had by now smile
