Thumbnails and images on Netflix and Hulu menus don't display (exactly how it used to be on Vodafone) or only display randomly, and no amount of fiddling or restarting the modem makes any difference. This occurs using those apps on a variety of devices too.


That shouldn't be happening. Could you please PM me your email, or email our support team and they can look into your line for you?

t happens to me sometimes when I change regions on Netflix. (Using unblock-us).
I assume it's to do with the different content libraries mismatched with the metadata (thumbnails etc). Have you checked which region your version of Netflix is set to?

It's set to USA and always has been I've never once changed it.

So it was all screwy when I posted this morning about it, went to work and 12 hours later everything seems to have come right so life is good again.
