kobiak: wierd.

but my $16 combo renewed without rollover data. I had something over 800MB which 500MB (plan data) + 500MB (bonus data) and it looked like I used ~250MB of bonus data during the last 30 days.

Should not standard 500MB rolled over to new month? Skinny shows I have 500MB only...

Minutes is rolled over, all fine.

Thanks.

My assumption has been that rollover data becomes available only at the end of the first renewal period following the 20th of January. For example, a plan that renewed on the 23rd of January will have any data remaining at the end of that billing cycle (ie 22 Feb) rolled over, but any data that was left as of 23rd Jan will be lost (despite this date being after the 20th).

I also got the 500MB bonus back on the 13th, but assume I'll lose any of this data that's left come the 12th of Feb, but retain any leftover data from the following month onwards.

I'm sure a Skinny rep can confirm either way.

@jonathan18,  maybe you're right and I'm not supposed to get January's unused DATA rolled over to February.

@LivingSkinny, done :)

That's correct.  Data that was granted prior to Rollover launch will expire at renewal time.

Cool, now I know that I was not supposed to get DATA rolled over.
