If those wires are moving the chocolate block then that will be the cause of the FEC errors, which leads to the low sync rate.

All done guys.Bought those connections and connected everything properly. Nothing is swinging and in place.

Also connected wires at the jackpoint properly.

Results have been improved but speed stayed the same....

Hi guys. The problem has been solved by Chorus.They found an issue 160m away from the property. Something was wrong with connection or something...new stats is following:

Yes looks like an average speed for my situation and nothing can improve it.But I am a lot happier with that because previouse speed was ridiculouse.we should get fiber in July 2016-June 2017, so I am looking forward for it:)would go for 200megs down.thanks guys for you help.
