Ive got emergency calls only on the note4, yet H+ data is working speedy as.

Wattle Downs, Manurewa.

Working away on 4 bars of 4G iPhone 6, suddenly no service.

Restart, try sim in another phone etc. nothing.

Eventaully spark shows up in the corner, but no bars. All the circles are empty.

Call my mobile from a Voda mobile, no dial tone and call fails. Ring from spark landline, get "This number is currently unavailable at this time" or something like that.
So I tried spark faults line, doesn't recognise my number at the prompt.... wat.

Edit: 6:45 PM, 4 bars 4G. Unable to make calls still, fails before ringing.

I'm on Skinny with a Galaxy Note 3 and can't make calls in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland. Data seems to be working, I'm getting this error:

No service: Selected network (Telecom NZ) is unavailable

Hi guys,

There is an issue affecting the mobile network. At this stage it seems large parts of the North Island, and primarily text and voice with some people reporting data working.

Engineers looking into it at the moment, we'll keep you updated when we know more.

Sorry the the hassle! ^Sam

Sam,

any ideas on resolution? It has been 2 hours with no info. MCC is swamped so cannot talk to them. Outages happen - keeping us in the dark on resolution is what annoys us....

Was able to make a call just now. Got a dial tone after 30 seconds at least, slowly coming right maybe? Pass on some encouraging words to the team for us :P

It's probably difficult to build a complete mobile network when you "Never stop starting"
