andrew027: I rang Spark on early on Saturday morning (well, around 8:30am, but it seemed early because I had been up until after 2:00am upgrading to Windows 10) and spoke to a very helpful woman named Jo, who sounded like a New Zealander, which was a surprise, and made me feel like an individual and a valued customer rather than another statistic to get through on-script with the shortest call time possible. Maybe I called the wrong number and got the wrong call centre but I was very impressed - thank you Jo!
