Jase2985: what lights do you have on the ONT?

have you checked that the router is plugged into the ONT properly?


there are 3 lights on it, Power; Optical; and Lan 1
yes, it's connect into it no problem.

power and optical are green, the LAN 1 is yellow

We just had 2 10 mins outages across all our sites in Waikato.... Both fibre and adsl.... Relatively short but quick enough for our monitoring system and users at multiple sites to call us
