I keep all my electronic accounts so it was also very easy to go back and work out a monthly average.

Jase2985: isnt that what geekzone is for? for people with more knowedge on a subject shareing it with those that have less knowledge?

thats what i have done, if you choose not to believe me dont.

Hey I'm happy to be educated, there's a lot I don't know. As I said I've examined my bill and it's different from yours, so you're implying I'm too stupid to read a bill. Between that and your yelling I'm finding your posts insulting.

Everyone calm down now.

Jase2985 you gave your contribution.

Like timmmay I find Spark's reporting on usage lacking on details and have complained about this years ago. Seeing nothing changed much is sad.

What I do ongoing is check my account, use the Spark App which seems to match closely what my phone tells me. Whilst not perfect the monthly account gives enough idea of what you use to workout a suitable plan.

Whatever you think you average add 15 to 20% for safety.

I was hoping someone could tell me where to find the information, or someone from Spark could say "hey I can get that for you", given that when I called they couldn't.

I can see Jase was trying to help and got frustrated because he has the information on his bill. Perhaps he's prepay or has some other kind of plan that shows that information. All good, appreciate the efforts to help.

I have never used 'My Spark' so I am not talking from an informed base but does that give the info you need?

Nope, not as far as I can see. It's not well laid out though, it seems like there are two section you need to log in separately.

Damm I am away from home so can't look at my details but it seems you really are experiencing the dreaded rock and a hard place

I can always just keep an eye on my usage for a few months, the $20/month extra cost isn't an issue, I just like to make sure I'm paying only for what I need. I don't really like the idea of prepay, even automated topping up, but the prepay plans are half the price and may have the data/calls I need. I know other carriers have smaller plans but I'm generally happy with Spark's coverage and such.

I'm still waiting for Spark to tell me what my usage is on an unlimited plan. I may want to save some money by paying less for a capped plan, but I can't make that decision when I don't know how much data I'm using month to month. The old "Don't worry about your usage..." message isn't particularly helpful.

My Samsung galaxy keeps a running total of call time. It is in a sub menu in the call logs.

Might need to reset mine. Bit scary to see that I have spent over 20 hours on the phone.
