I think you will find that your January bill shows pro-rata charging for the new fibre connection for both December and January. If you look at the two charges for "Unlimited Data with Landline - Fibre30" you will see one charge is for 05/12 to 31/12 and the other is for 01/01 to 31/01. This is normal for the first bill after a new service is connected as you are billed in advance.

Obviously now that you have changed speed to 100/20 as of today, your February bill will show a credit for 30/10 service from today to 31/01, and then a new charge for 100/20 from today to 31/01, plus the following month in advance.

Your March bill should then show the normal monthly charge for 100/20 going forward. I hope that makes sense.
