I see there's currently no guide for the Fritzboxes - is there anywhere where I could find instructions for setting up for BigPipe with a 7390 (or other Fritzbox), or should I be able to find enough to go on looking at a guide for a different brand? Thanks.

Assuming you're coming over from 2degrees, all you need to do is disable the VLAN tagging on the Fritxbox.

Yep, we're with Snap/2Degrees; I had read elsewhere about the VLAN tagging, but had thought there would be other settings that needed amending. Great if it's really that simple! Thanks for confirming.
