Well my ISP does.  Then again, they're a small company where personal service is provided and I'm not just a number whom they've never heard of.

I agree that most ISPs just treat customers as a resource to be exploited.  However, there are exceptions to the rule such as NetSpeed.  I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received from Stan over the years.  Anyone using an RBI connection would be well advised to check them out.
