You can't get VDSL? Or fibre?
Cable is a product I would stay far, far away from now. It wasn't always like this though.

Update. Simon from Telecom has been in touch directly and is currently working on correcting the billing issue. So, given I kicked off this thread, just wanted to publicly acknowledge Spark picking up on this.
