In my case able to get over 200/200 - bare in mind this doesn't show other network traffic however can confirm during this test there was 215/215 going out of my router.

 

 

And one done just then with some torrents running, Netflix running etc so hardly scientific:

 

 

And before the changes happened - this was with zero network activity, connected via Ethernet etc:

 

 

Local tests (eg, downloading Linux ISO's from local mirrors) have improved vastly tonight. So, not 100% resolved however a massive step in the right direction.

I'd kill to have my MB Pro or my ERL show me 200/200 of traffic going in/out of my pipe. But kudos to the @Bigpipe team - they're committed to finding out what's going on... so hopefully we'll get there soon.
