In Auckland. My modem has still not been delivered, but I bought one from the Spark shop at Albany Mall on Friday evening, rang Spark this morning and they agreed to credit me the cost. I had internet over the weekend so it's all good so far. Thanks to all here for their suggestions and assistance.
