All I need is total data usage in the billing cycle. Am frankly a little surprised that this isn't itemised even if usage fell within an included allocation?

I can possibly supply total data usage for any given billing cycle for a single connection, but not the total for multiple connections on the same account. Feel free to PM me with the line number or service ID (for naked fibre) and I will look into it for you.

What! I thought for a moment this post was about @johnr moving to Spark!

Is this a record for the number of +1s received by a single post?

i'd love to know what exactly your wanting this to show, Sparks self service tools - My spark does cover this.

Data usage is itemized down to the last few billing cycles, along with daily for the current month.

The last statement i looked at which had a non-unlimited plan, did state the usage - I would need to pull up a case to verify this is still the situation though.

as per what Wheelbarrow01 has stated, we can have visibility past this, exporting is quite literally a pain - the formatting takes ages to clean up from the exported state to be of assistance.

Hi everyone sorry I have been busy and unable to check here regularly but was also waiting in the hope of some good news. It hasn't come.

Despite what @hio77 has said, online and offline billing doesn't seem to show the mobile data usage at all? There is literally zero information on either service (MySpark or the offline printed posted invoice) about total data usage.

I will try PM'ing some people....thanks for the offers.

Historical, You are correct this is currently not visible for mobile.

got out of bed just to double check the computer view for you :)

As others have stated, we can look at providing this.

In terms of the selfservice options however, I will feed this back to the correct team as it is certainly a reasonable question to be asking considering the support is there for BB.

my mistake here, knew it was there for BB which is my area of expertise.

Oddly, my historical (fibre) usage in MySpark seems to have been purged, bar the last three months. Related maybe?

Just had a response from our myspark UX team,

we are aiming to include detailed usage of all numbers & accounts very soon, hopefully with our next release customer should be able to view usage of both bb & mobile a/c.

Appears it is in the pipeline and due to be added soon, no prommises on timeline at this point.

I've noticed his profile is inactive now. Does anyone have any info on why this is the case?
