For fixed line (xDSL/Fibre) you can opt out of port 25 filtering with dynamic IP as well.

 

That's great, but there's a few mail blacklists that specifically include dynamic IPs which results in the mail getting dropped anyway... Unsure if Spark dynamic ranges are on these, but it's worth noting.
