They still charged P&P for the modem, which I queried via the online form, and it too has been reversed.

The only outstanding query is "What to do with the original modem?" (waiting for CS to reply)

Final update: CS have reversed the P&P charge, and they have said  "keep the modem".... hmmmm... a device they were going to charge $300 for, and I can keep it?!?!? :/
