Tauranga at 2205 App Store not working
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
Can anyone having issues see if setting DNS to our ns2 server (210.55.111.1) helps at all?
Another user reported that helped - trying to work out if that was random chance, or not.

App Store up & down like fille de joie draws today, worse than previous
Spark Smart modem, VRV9517, v6.00.17 build04
DNS: 122.56.237.1 & 210.55.111.1

Hi FineWine, are you able to set just 210.55.111.1 to see if that works? (Just a temporary trouble shooting test). Keen to understand if this issue is restricted to only one of our DNS servers.

BuzzLightyear: Does anyone know how to change DNS on the smart modem? Can’t seem to find it.
Network>WAN>Edit PVC>WAN DNS Setting and don't forget to save

Network>WAN>Edit PVC>WAN DNS Setting and don't forget to save
Network > WAN > Edit PVC > WAN DNS Setting > change to No > enter new DNS Server1 > Save settings (at bottom of page)
leave DNS Server2 blank
To check setting: Overview > Network Status > Connection Status > DNS

Just an update here - tech teams have been able to replicate the issue and are working to resolve. No ETR.

I'll leave my present DNS setting then till you inform us that the issue has been resolved
Thanks

So no news is good news. It appears the App Store problem is resolved, at least for me. So have reverted modem settings back to default of DNS: 122.56.237.1 & 210.55.111.1
Thank you for your time and effort. 😀
