Hi all, I’m on Spark VDSL and have a weird issue with Apple devices. The last couple of days I’ve noticed Apple Music would intermittently not load any songs when I am on my home network. I’ve tested further this morning and intermittently cannot play anything on Apple TV+ or Apple Music. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Tested on iPad, iPhone and Apple TV. I also have problems opening App Store sometimes.
My setup is a Spark Smart Modem with 2 Smart Mesh. I’ve reset both Mesh units. Restarted the Smart Modem. Also tried turning off both Mesh units and connected only to the router. Tried Apple TV connected with Ethernet. Still have the issue.
Just to clarify ‘intermittent’ - sometimes it won’t load at all, sometimes it’s just the ‘listen now’ section won’t load. On the Apple TV app sometimes the Apple originals won’t load at all, sometimes it just won’t play the episode. And then randomly, at times it does all work fine!
