This is very odd for sure, be interested to see what the outcome is. Surely the default ADSL settings couldn't be botched on the Skinny smart modem firmware? I actually have one at home, might have a look tonight out of interest.

Well I notice on reset it defaults to LLC encapsulation so....

and you can't seem to alter the auth type

Disregard, it's so unique I think I've found it.

Getting the team to look into it now. It's not an issue on your end. Hopefully have it sorted very soon.

Hi all, the issue with this line has been fixed. Our sincerest apologies that this occurred. Skinny should reach out to you shortly to sort you out.

I can see what happened and have a fairly good read on why the session would not stand up. This is very rare - in fact this is the first time I've seen this issue (ever). Notwithstanding that I will see if we can get a fix so that should this chain of events happen to someone else they won't have the same issue.
