With borders starting to reopen, this is going to be an issue whenever someone with a non-compatible handset (essentially everyone from overseas not on iPhone) is on an RCG site.

I am flying in next week and it seems that if my Pixel 5 is connecting to an RCG site at any point I am not going to be able to make voice calls.

If tourists ever return, that could turn into quite a big deal.
