Spark webmail (webmail.xtra.co.nz) has been down all day, but it looks like their POP3 server is responding OK.
Makes it hard to check my 'Spam' folder ;)

Webmail was giving an "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server" error earlier on this morning, then there was a "Maintenance in progress | We’re working on some changes right now" page, now it's back to the proxy error for me.

The webmail UI is delivered via a Spark web link. If you use an email client its fine as email is processed by SMX servers which are not affected.

A friend of mine has had a Skinny account for several years and a few days ago had the monthly automatic payment go through. However, she now gets a message to say that she doesn't have an active plan and that her balance is $0!

She is waiting to be able to talk to Skinny Help, but how could her plan and accumulated minutes and data have been "lost" completely by Skinny? Has this happened to other Skinny users?

They're having a massive outage, of course things are generating incorrect stats/balances/account details.

Would you ring your landland and say "My front door isn't working properly" when your rental house was on fire??

My Spark App has been Catawampus for a few days now. I cannot send MMS messages either, I only have one SMS/MMS stalwart left in my address book the rest are on WhatsApp so no big issue for that

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Can confirm this, they were closed at 2 of my properties where they are tenants. Staff standing at the door telling customers whats happening.

Now waiting for the request of, uhm can we have some rental discount....
