Are billing systems working internally when calling the contact centre?

Don't quote me on this but I believe the billing stuff is impacted. You can try your luck calling in but I certainly wouldn't hold your breath.

Anything I say is the ramblings of an ill informed, opinionated so-and-so, and not representative of any of my past, present or future employers, and is also probably best disregarded.

Struggling to manage lines who are still on SPARKLOCAL this morning so something very much went bang.

Nope cant call them either, I didnt realize they were having an outage as I called them last night and it just gave me a generic "You have called outside of office hours" when I was actually calling at 6pm before their cutoff 8pm

Spark webmail (webmail.xtra.co.nz) has been down all day, but it looks like their POP3 server is responding OK.
Makes it hard to check my 'Spam' folder ;)

Webmail was giving an "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server" error earlier on this morning, then there was a "Maintenance in progress | We’re working on some changes right now" page, now it's back to the proxy error for me.

The Skinny app should be working still as from memory it is hosted elsewhere from the main Skinny site.

Oh, that sounds like a Very Bad Day.

My sympathies to the customers affected by it, and to the geeks that have to fix it.
