Thanks for letting me know Hemi, is it only an issue on Spark DNS? 

 

Do you know if there is a particular domain name lookup that is not working?

 

The routing change to avoid the 3rd party network that had an issue is still active in our network.

@cbrpilot it seems to be only sparks dns all works fine on cloud flare and google all website seem to be working it just seems to be when you go into Apple App Store and click on subscriptions tap its intermittent just tried at 12:06 at it just said cannot connect but 10:30 this morning it was working.
Just changed dns to 122.56.237.1 as of right now it’s working scratch that just as I hit send I tried and it’s not working again

Thank-you Hemi - I have logged a fault for this. The intermittent nature of this fault is very frustrating.

@cbrpilot thanks for the help, it’s a weird little glitch i only noticed it because i normally check the subscription tap every couple weeks to remember dates of subscriptions and a couple of my devices have different dns on them and they were working fine, it only started again this last week it was fine since you put fix in until last week

Thanks Hemi.  I'll let you know if we need any further data.  Not known at this time if this is a re-occurrence of the previous issue, or if this is a new issue with similar symptoms.

Also Can Not Connect to Apple subscription service on any of my Apple devices. I do not want to play around with DNS etc as others have done.

 

I hope this gets sorted before Friday (Thursday Northern Hemisphere) as I want to subscribe to watch Masters of the Air the third release of Steven Spielberg's WWII trilogy and is the companion to Band of Brothers (2001) and The Pacific (2010).





Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

I am having similar problems on Spark using SM2.

Wife started watching Killers of Flower Moon movie Wed afternoon and 10min its just said cannot connect. Still not working today (Friday).

Hi everyone, unfortunately I do not have a worthwhile update I can share at the time.  The technical teams are still working the issue.

 

It is intermittent in nature, so if anything is failing it is worthwhile retrying it until it works.  I will seek to provide further updates here when they are available.

This has now been working for me the last 24 hours across Apple desktop and Apple iDevices on home network Tauranga fibre and on 3-4-5Ghz cell network between Cambridge and Tauranga.

Just tried appleid.apple.com and wasn’t working at 5:25, the subscription tap in App Store did work though it’s still been intermittent for me in Hamilton
