I've been with Bigpipe since UFB became available in my street back in ~2019. I've never had a problem, so I've never needed to deal with any support.
With spark putting their prices up, I've just shifted back to BigPipe.
Never had an issue in the years I was with them, and only moved to consolidate phone and UFB onto one bill.
The little things make the biggest difference.
