That is quite a jump, and it doesn't seem like that long ago the price was increased.

I'd be okay about changing providers, but last time I did that (from Spark to Voyager) things went south with the latter after about 1.5 months. In this day and age of working from home I can't really afford to have a connection simply not work. Yes, Voyager were very helpful trying to sort it, but it was still a lot of hassle that I could have done without. Plus what router do they use these days? Is it still the Huawei one?

I’m also a bit hesitant about switching suppliers because I depend on my connection for work too.

However, I’ve switched backwards and forwards between Skinny and Spark a few times now, and it’s always been hassle free, maybe because they’re both the same company. I presume it’s more of an administrative switchover than a technical one?

I just did too. Pretty easy. Gave spark 30 days notice then asked Skinny to activate my connection the day before on the second port.

I think if I was going to change to anyone again it would probably be Voyager (support the underdog), but I'm just a bit hesitant given the issues I had last time.

Dunno about that - there's an increasing number of people hitting the 15 GB threshold they may find themselves in the same situation of needing to pay with Outlook/Gmail...

Mailboxes shouldn't be permanent storage, 15GB is plenty

how do you suggest everyone saves email?

obviously those with a desktop application can usually copy a whole email and paste it into a local drive or otherwise folder….BUT theres an increasingly a large amount of people using the likes of tablets and phones for email and you cant do that with ease….

even attaching emails within mobile mail applications cant be done….

I have huge volumes of emails carefully arranged into a hierarchy of folders, and I often need to refer back to old emails. I dread to think how I would manage this if I had a significant limitation in storage space.

No surprise but Bigpipe have increased there prices as well. I’m on the ultrafast elite plan and it’s going up by $5 from $109 to $114 a month as of the 1st of August.
