Just dropping a quick note that this is being worked on as a matter of priority.  Will hopefully have some good news to report soon.

Thank you!

Hi everyone, can those that were experiencing issues try it again tonight, and advise if the issue persists?

Thanks

I did not notice anything on Friday night after Thursday night had been really bad, so tentatively optimistic. I will keep an eye on it and report back if anything goes wrong after Sunday night's group events.

Issue seems to have been resolved with Valorant! Weirdly, Ping Plotter 5 still shows the same levels of packet loss to the fibre spark address, but it doesn't effect my gameplay at all??

Either way seems you guys got it fixed :) Thank you!

Hi there

Still not resolved. Just had UDMP inform me on 20/March @ 0130h of lost internet to Spark due to high packet loss and it also dropped at 2045h due to same reason

Hi Yoban, may I postulate that the issue that you are having is not the issue that was raised by the original poster of this thread.  That issue (related to issues to particular gaming servers) is fixed.

If you are having issues with packet loss, can I suggest that you start a new thread that relates to your issue and provide the appropriate evidence of your issue. Thanks.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Thanks for that @cbrpilot and most definitely will if it persists (micro outages 9/March x2 and 20/March x2). Saw the subject and eyes picked up on similarities of ISP/Plan...reread now. Will monitor.
