Still nothing on their outage page for this mornings issue.

 

I also messaged support around 7am once on the work wifi, and heard back around 3pm. An automated message asking if I still needed help and to reply if I did. 

 

I get the close customer service response, we come to expect that these days. But there’s no excuse for the outage web page to show nothing, even while it was ongoing. Spark have a NOC. They should be updating the page otherwise what’s the point of having an outage site if it’s optional?
