xtra is most reliable and has good customer service if something goes bad. also very fast speeds! but i can see how snap looks very good for those high data users (high is anything more than what i use ... anything over 20gig)
if you do, why don't you cap users who exceed their data cap to 128Kbps instead of 64Kbps?

I work at Telecom in the broadband area and read every single thread related to Xtra broadband often taking action although not usually posting about it. I can confirm we are actually considering more customisation around capped v overage and such activities, I can't be all that specific at this stage, but thought you might like to know that we do pay attention!
I seriously do. I don't know off the top of my head why it is 64k v 128k I suspect when the decision was made it seemed a reasonable speed to be throttled to. I know these days 64k isn't a lot, in fact it might as well be disconnected its so slow. So to answer why? I'm not sure, but I'll find out.
