Wade: ...so went to Lynn Mall Telecom store yesterday afternoon.
Hmmmm
Jughead: I am told that most customers on the old freetime 300 and 600 plans where not using all of their minutes in fact a big chunk of customers were not even using half of their included minutes. (My partner was in that boat)
Of the people that were using all of those off peak minutes most of them were using most of those minutes on one or two numbers and can get unlimted calls to those numbers using my favrouites.
As for onebill. If you are hardly using your phone and do not want to pay $15 per month on it then I have to ask why are you buying a new phone? The CDMA network will still be around for some years yet.
If you read my post above again I did say when the CDMA network gets turned off which i believe is 3 years time..

ajw: I am very surprised that nobody has commented on the price hikes if you decide to upgrade your phone on to the XT network. In my case if I upgraded to a similar plan on the XT network I would be looking at a price hike of a extra $50 per month for 20 less minutes per month. Why isn't anybody complaining, do mobile consumers love to be ripped off.?
