Hmmm, perhaps telecom should take a look at the big picture. There are probably quite a few people like me that, while mobile phone calls are relatively small, we receive a lot of calls on our mobile phones from home/business diversions and our telecom landline charges are not insignificant. The main reason (perhaps the only reason) that we remain loyal to telecom is a no "smoke & mirrors" "pay for what you use" mobile plan and the convenience of one account.
I am currently on OneBill as these days i do not ring out anywhere near as much as I used to, as far as a plan goes it works perfectly for me, the simplicity of landline/mobile/broadband on a single account is great and that solely is the driving force behind my using telecom for all my telecoms requirements.
Telecom, I may only spend <$20/mth on my mobile but you also have my landline, tolls, broadband etc.
Why risk giving me a reason to look elsewhere for all of my telecoms requirements when a nice OneBill XT offering is all it would take to again secure my loyalty?
C'mon, sort it out before the competition start mailing everybody free sims and make our mobile choice even easier :P
