sinner: Denied a sale, but it does state that XT top ups start at $20. I don't see what the issue is. You can't buy $10 for XT in Telecom-branded Stores but, as you stated, you went to a dairy to buy a top up. You have options. If you don't want to go with the $20, you can choose to top up from somewhere else.
As for the availability in store, this is business decision, made by Telecom. I think it's a bit harsh, as an above poster has done, calling the lady in store stupid for following the process that is clearly outlined to them.
Where is the logic behind Telecom not selling $10 and allowing everyone else to?
