Hi Neal,

Did you manage to find a fix to this?

Thanks

I would say this is going to be a much longer time frame on a fix

We have identified why customers are unable to use DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) tones between XT customers. The resolution is not a simple one and we are waiting on one of our suppliers to provide further detail.

This issue only affects XT-XT. XT-AnyOtherNetwork is fine.

@brcjackson, your "reliable source" who said this issue was because we have a "packet data network" was not correct.

Hi Neal,

Any news on this, its becoming a real pain for our customers. Vodafone and the others no problem.
Its affects XT to XT only.

Cheers

Calling Studylink on 09 916 3666 is hit-and-miss with DTMF tones from a mobile, too. I had another fixed line number that didn't work, but I'll have to remember what it was before I can post it.

Calling fastway to book a pickup was hit and miss for me on a XT phone, but fine on slingshot.
