Looked at the ZTE website for AUS, and it's been updated to say:

Currently only 32 bit systems are supported. Any device or software update released after 2nd October 2009 supports 32 & 64 bit systems.

I'm running the 64bit Kernal on my Macbook too, using a Prepay ZTE (Vodem) which I assume it practically the same device, different shell, I can't get it to work. But in saying that I noticed that the latest Vodafone Mobile Connect (business.vodafone.com) has updated drivers for Mac OSX 10.6 - And this does indeed work on 64bit OSX. Have you guys even tried using that with the Telecom T-Stick just for the updated drivers?

Yes I know, their site I have to admit is either Overloaded or just generally slow most of the time. Only seems to be that page though >.<

Let me know how it goes.

It's working. BUT.. big but, the connection manager doesnt work - but you can connect it via the 'Network' panel in SYstem preferences.

EDIT: May have found a way to get ZTE devices (and others) working without installing the connection manager (in other, the lite install) which means you wont be able to have SMS etc. ONLY Internet.
