You didn't say it was done...It is easy to do, you are giving it the appearance of making it difficult, and comparing it to services which aren't available in this country.

because i think they should be available, and i know thats just how i make things sound sometimes. its how ive allways gotten my way. but yeah if its not against the rules i think somone needs to tell the help desk people that, they're the ones making it difficult.

Because they aren't.

I'm not going to get into why Telecom don't do it, suffice to say it's internal policy. Additionally, as nzbnw said, the amount of work it would require is too great.

A word of advice: If (as you say) this is what tactic you use to get your own way, it will have adverse effects upon you later in life.
