Hmm.. I wonder if "RD/BY Richmond Richmond 05-May-10" is the part of richmond i'm in or not

Look on the coverage maps, they have Google Maps to show you the address each cabinet and exchange covers.

That cabinet is not available on the coverage maps

Tawa cabinet TWA/F according to the wholesale site is due for upgrade in Sept10, so my guess is they are ahead of schedule, or simply some things are happening well ahead. The concrete plinths are subcontracted out and may sit there for some months before a cabinet is put on it, fibre run back to the exchange and distribution pairs crossed to the new cabinet.

Yea that could be true, prob just have a slab of concrete there for 3 months lol, Hopeful we just ahead, but as people say it says September

As of the November 2009 cabinet notice states that it cabinetised as below:

TWA TAWA TWA/F (2) 01-07-10 01-07-10 Binding 328 Wellington City Tawa

*The dates listed for cabinetisation and cessation of supply do not necessarily indicate the actual date when customers will benefit from cabinet upgrades. This may be up to 90 days after the date listed.
