quickymart: Just online now and my international traffic on Xtra has completely died...called the helpdesk to see if there were any outages. The young lady was very friendly but not overly helpful...and no, no outages she knew of. Powercycled router, no change. Using my Vodem stick to post this.

Anyone else having this issue at the mo? Funnily enough I can't even go to Xtra's website to see if there's anything on their status update page - probably because it's hosted overseas!

Yip Exactly the same issue for me..

Seems they have resolved the issue, 20mins downtime roughly.

Just in the middle of doing a power cycle thinking that might help, then my iPhone started beeping with everyone's posts to this thread so kind of glad it wasn't just me. All international traffic was down, national was fine, but hopefully all fixed now.

Seems to be working again. I wonder why the helpline had no idea. She said not one other person had called in with that issue (this is despite the fact that I waited over 5 minutes to get through - and it sure sounded like she wasn't the only person working the phones!)
