Hi - as of 11.00am still no Internet at our place in Wellington (interesting that my iPhone capitalizes the I of Internet - that's how important this is!).
According to the Telecom service status page if your Internet has been restored you should restart your modem... Errr, how do I know when it's been restored...?
Hmmm... do they usually give any sort of a refund or expense repayment in these situations?

Disgruntled of Miramar

Cheers,
Mike

We too have had no internet since lunchtime yesterday at our home in Brooklyn, Wellington. This truly sucks, i do hope we will get compensated for this outage. Fair enough a couple of hours down, but a whole day at the prices we get charged for Broadband in NZ!

Not happy!

Whew - back online now (3.30pm) - about 27 hours without internet.... and I felt every minute of it! Didn't need to do a router restart... it was just 'there' all of a sudden.

Cheers,
Mike
