I have a feeling that Telecom are doing alright from this unmetering/tivo deal hence the slow fix.

I think that it weeds out most heavy (torrent) downloaders etc because they cant afford or wont buy a $700 tivo box for a service that is classed as until further notice.

It will be a week MAX that the tivo fault condition is still active, so don't go and buy a tivo unless you want a tivo

It would be interesting to see Telecom's loading stats before and after the change over.
