I dont get a 404 for any of the usage meters on that URL.
Is it still on going for some people?

Not recording any usage for me since the "upgrade" zzz

We record all out usage at our router (Tomato on WRT54GL) though so I know this is 10GB behind and can plan not to get hit by any nasty overage charges.

However..

Telecom's usage meter has been awful in last year or so, I have no faith in it... It's has under reported, over reported and straight up not worked far too many times in the last year.

At the end of the day surely it's just bras netflow logs (or whatever/similar)into a log parser into a database with a web front end. It's not rocket surgery?.

They should be embarrassed about the reliability and performance of this thing.

It is seldom as simple as we would think it is or should be.

Your point of view is shared by many i am sure, and it is not lost on us here.

100% right, well done! ... it died again last night and is still down ...  on the plus side, it looks like it's not even counting ...

Total Home with 60GB.
Currently get "SERVER ERROR" when logging in.

Im on total home 40GB and it hasn't been down at all this last week, i am wondering if it is overcharging me though, but i haven't got anything installed on my computer to judge it against. Whats the best thing to monitor my usage locally?

i'm total home broadband 60Gb ... with TiVo if that impacts it ... no usage showing since 27th for me, and I'm sure 26th is under-reported too, even with router restarts in between ...

not complaining tho :)

Just checked our Total Home usage metre and it's still working as intended Foot in mouth

Not sure why it's only affecting some and not others?

I have pointed someone involved with the usage meter to this thread.

It also looks like there is an issue where people get intermittent 500 errors which suggests issues on one of the web servers so have pointed this out to another group of people.

Regards

Paul

My speed has been brought back to full. Went over cap five days ago, its been slow since except for today. Checked speedtest and i'm getting 4mb/s (my usual speed). Anyone else experiencing this? It says my internet usage doesn't reset till the 5th. :)

Hey
Unfortunately unlike the people having issues with usage meter not recording their usage, mine seems to be recording far too much. Can anyone please recommend some software that will monitor all internet traffick across the modem. I have 1 Laptop connected wirelessly and an xbox connected via cable. If i need to i can disconnect the wireless but its a bit of a pain. I use the standard Telecom wireless router (white with grey top)

Any info would be appreciatted.

Yes I have had this last month but it was only a day before my cap was due to reset.. not sure what the reasoning is behind it though.. hasnt happened this month yet and I reset on the 4th
