Hi there. I just logged into my Telecom to check my Broadband usage for the month and I cannot see the option to check it. All it is showing is the current bill payments + some other rubbish. The whole section of broadband usage isnt there.

Is anybody else having this problem?

Cheers

I logged into the BBUsage one, not the account one (I dont think we've set that up) and I cant see the usage meter either. This thing is always broken. I get the message:

"Apologies. This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later

Please contact your service provider if you have any questions."

Why can't they make a usage meter thats always up? Lol

NO, goes to the "incorrect user name or password" message. Was OK earlier today.
Nerve-wracking as we are approaching our limit this month.

I can't use mine either - i just upgraded to one of the new plans (60gb), wonder if that is causing the problem?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I'm on the Pro plan and it's broken for me as well (and for my grandparents' account on the default 10GB Total Home plan).

I'm guessing that something went wrong with whatever they were doing to the meter over the weekend.

I can't see my usage either through the 'Telecom Broadband' usage meter, but going through the 'Your Telecom' link I can see it fine.

Its back on my end too, but I think its broken. It said we have 40GB left for 10days. Either that or we've managed to use less data in the holidays than we have during a month when people are out of the house for most of the day

Can you please post the URL you are using to access it so we can look into it?
