Interesting that the Telecom service status page still says no known issues, obviously this outage affecting thousands of customers isn't large enough to warrant reporting on their status page.

Telecom status page has been updated to say the issue is fixed.

Restarted modem as suggested and still no go in Botany/ East Tamaki

Hi all, I've just had a chorus engineer round. My issue was not the big Telecom one, but as I suspected they had done something at the cabinet on Saturday which broke my service. All fixed now and now my modem is syncing at 17mbs.
