Took me a while to get on it....but once on I've been very happy. Have not noticed any difference in browsing speeds, youtube is fine and since I don't P2P I don't have any shaping issues.

Not bad for this time of night.

And according to the usage meter I've done a tad over 400gb since the 13th, so I'm a happy camper.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup. Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

My bittorrent speed is horrible but I prefer using Rapidshare service anyway - which has been pretty good; using a download manager I can flood the internet connection to around 300KBps - I'm connected to the exchange at 2236Kbps, so it is kind of depressing that I'm not hitting the exchange connection speed like I did in Christchurch.

I'm supposed to be getting switched onto this plan tomorrow. Can't wait!

Is it supposed to be full speed up and down?
I couldn't find this anywhere on telecom's site

Interesting results. 24Mb/s is the theoretical max on ADSL2+?

Well after reading most of this Forum post i desided that i will choose this plan. Mind you can't hurt if i trail it for a month.

Currently on Pro plan Connection is on Max Adsl Data Rate 8160 1024 kbps ( Can't wait for Adsl2+ to come to my exchange! ) So in theory i should get the same connection

Also does this plan offer interleaving off ?

Will post results to see what i get when i get moved over
