hmm yeah i got an email saying he will consider a refund even though he feels "he has no reason to give one".

I emailed him stating all the things wrong with the phone and what he has phone wrong and he couldn't come back with a good answer as to why it was like this, he said i was attacking him about the phone and how he sent it..

what a joke..

While it sounds ironic, just be nice to him and you might hopefully get your cash back...., once you got it back back, take it on the chin and consider yourself lucky and forget it.
