quebec: Sync speed still slower compared to before. BigPipe support says chorus won't do anything as line is performing as per specs. Spark got Chorus to do something when my sync speeds dropped to 48Mbps from 69Mbps after a faulty port change. Got them back to around 67Mbps at that time.
So if Chorus can't do anything how did my connection got back to my original speeds at that time?? I know this has happened with someone else too, ISP was Snap who got Chorus to change something on the profile after connection speed dropped but can't find that thread.
Everyone says that DLM or profile settings can't be changed but my question is how come they were changed when I was with Spark and if nothing has changed then why should my speed go down with BigPipe??

not sure where you got that from, its says 0 in the stats you posted

im not sure why you have such an issue with your speed, your getting significantly more than most others with VDSL, yes you did have mid to high 60's but its just the nature of VDSL, it can change day to day week to week, depending on many things.

I had the same as you 62-68 for about 4 months, now im sitting at 49, doesn't worry me in the slightest, im just grateful im not at the edge of VDSL range and getting less than 20 down and about 5 up.

just be happy and stop worrying.

at least your not stuck on ADSL to fibre comes round.

Got it from the modem? Is it abnormal?

DLM is the process that changes profiles, and isn't something that employee X at any company can go in and say "I want to try profile 17 NOW".  The only thing that can be done is sometimes trigger a refresh which is basically a "forget this line's past history and start afresh".  It's generally associated with connections going temporarily offline for moments at the dead of night (although more often during the first week or two of a new connection).

well looking at the stats your posted the INP is as follows

Bearer 0 DS US
INP [DMT symbols]: 0.00 0.00
Delay [ms]: 0.00 0.00
Depth []: 1 0.00
R: 0 0

so where you got 1ms from im not sure

my old modem showed this:
    Number of bearers:                           1
    Bearer 0                                     DS             US
      INP [DMT symbols]:                  0.00           0.00
      Delay [ms]:                              0.00           0.00
      Depth []:                                   1              0.00
      R:                                              0              0

DLM 1 as the delay is 0 on both upload and download.

Best thing you can do is remove all other devices from your line, ensure your modem stays powered on and plugged into the jackpoint 24/7, and hope for the DLM gods smile upon you.

Just to further more prove the VDSL can be a fickle thing.  When I got mine first installed I had sync speeds of 66/10 , now 4 months later I'm down to 33/10.  First world problems.
