I just topped up my Skinny account - moved to Skinny Direct without thinking of the full implications of me just topping up, should have waited another month.
I was too quick on the trigger to "just move this over! I want 6gb data" and now just lost out of the $46 credit on my Skinny account. Really hoping i can get this back. Please @livingskinny I've sent you a support email otherwise that really sucks :(
if both companies are same, surely credit would be transferred over.
The site mentions in the FAQ you lose credit and roll over allowances, I guess it uses a separate billing system to regular ol skinny? Kinda stink but from experience they were super flexible and helpful in the past so if you're nice enough they may be able to do something.
In my case I topped up, got a combo but went back to voda after 2 Days. The top up was $50 I think so I wasn't keen to let it run out. The team were super helpful,I purchased a new sim and they cancelled the ad on and transferred the credit to the new sim so I could use it for data in my iPad.
