And Doctors think the whole population must be sick going by what they see in their surgeries![]()
tdgeek:pctek:30mbps Fibre - $95
Fibre 100 - $105
Fibre 200 - $120
We have landline, not naked. Don't start on why we shouldn't. Not going to happen.
The Fibre 30, can't see the point, it's like Jetstream when it first started, crippled speed instead of fast as various factors allow.
With crippled 30/10 you would struggle with streaming and also webpages......

Sorry, calling BS on that (unless you were being sarcastic?)
I'm on the Skinny version of the Spark wifi,I got 21/1 for the first few months before a closer tower was upgraded... NFlix and Lightbox both worked fine (and even simultaneously at times)
The 4g works GREAT for those who can't do fibre!
Cap issues:
Admittedly I don't run 4K, and rarely use NF on full HD (100Gb cap sux) but since I can toggle this, and NF now allow downloads on lots of content I just work on downloading at work (on fibre 😉) and still get full value from most NF content anyway 👍
I was being sarcastic, hence I added the emoticon. I was referring to the posters comments that 30/10 is like Jetstream back in the day, 128k. ADSL works fine, 30/10 is clearly much better.
You know it started by saying my speeds are back to front.
For instance 7.35 down, 38.39 up is the last result I have done today.
Then I get harrassed for my choices instead of an actual helpful answer.
Well the tier 2 people finally decided it is the modem. Sent a new one and no difference.
So bugger it, back to ADSL.
And there I will stay util I decide it;'s a good time to go to fibre. Thanks for the not very helpful help.
